Enterprise for Health (EfH)-- Enterprise for Health (EfH) was set up in 2000 to promote the exchange of information and experience among committed enterprises and to publicise examples of the success of a corporate culture based on partnership. Enterprises which feel particularly committed to the health and well-being of their employees will find the right forum here.

EfH was established jointly by the Bertelsmann Stiftung (Foundation) and the Federal Association of Company Health Insurance Funds (Bundesverband der Betriebskrankenkassen GbR) in Germany.

Healthy Enterprises in a Healthy Europe

Increasing globalisation and continually improved technology are presenting Europe's companies with far-reaching challenges. In order to be successful against ever tougher international competition, it no longer suffices to base corporate decisions on the shareholder value alone. Equally crucial for the survival capability of companies is the competence of the management to communicate with other stakeholders, the employees and society itself.

A corporate culture based on partnership and an exemplary company health policy creates the foundation for innovative potential and flexibility whilst safeguarding long term competitiveness.

Enterprise for Health (EfH) <http://www.enterprise-for-health.org/index.php?id=103> is a network of international enterprises committed to the development of a corporate culture based on partnership and a modern company health policy.
